You are amazing Emy, I don't expect too much for this plank workouts, just want to keep healthy and fresh..but, u hv to knew this, I feel light, lose weight, and I got a lil curve, I hv been doing since self quarantine of this pandemic, it's almost 2 months and half, thank u sm. Halo Emi, i always trying to do Plank but i never now almost one month i am doing this. Well, peoples are telling i look toned but i lost Only 2 Kg and i always 60 kg and my age is 43 yrs but i wanna keep with this forever in my life and i do this exactly 9 PM and felt So Hungry 🤪 and early morning i do surya namashkara. A quick thought if youre debating if you want to do this:

Ive done it for 1 and a half weeks and i lost an inch on my waist. From 26.5 to 25.5 inches. As for my weight, i dont know because i dont have a weighing scale and i cant buy one since were in quarantine.
